Representation of physical disabilities is hard to find, especially in sci-fi/fantasy, so my goal is to make a list containing as many sci-fi/fantasy books with physically disabled and chronically ill characters as possible. Since I have not read all of these books myself, I cannot guarantee that all the information is correct. I also cannot promise that these books have good representation of disability.

Is It Cured or Paranormal?: ,

Notes: The premise is about the character trying to get his sight restored, but in the end the wizard says he can't do that. I don't know if that will change later in the series. The character uses magical means to restore sight temporarily sometimes, but not often because it causes headaches.

Notes: Protagonist has bones of crystal and can do very little and is tired easily; it gets cured eventually, but before that it's shown how it influences her. One of the love interests is blind; it is not cured in the first book, but it's unknown what will happen throughout the series.
